For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. Location

Rotary Building

We are located on the 9th floor of the Rotary Building in Downtown Evanston.

Our office is located on the 9th floor of the Rotary International building in downtown Evanston. We are conveniently located a block away from the ‘L’. If you are driving, there is street parking, as well as a parking lot south of us located under the Best Western on Sherman and north of us on Davis Street. More parking information is available on the City of Evanston’s web site. We are walking distance from the Davis Street and Dempster Street Purple Line stops. There is street parking in front of the building, as well as several parking garages located within a block of us.

To schedule an appointment, please call or email our office. You may also request an appointment online via our webpage. Excellent communication with our patients is a trademark of our service, so please feel free to leave a message for us if you reach us after hours. You can be confident that we will return your call as soon as possible.

For your convenience, we can communicate in English and Russian.

Cancellations

We realize that your time is important, and so is ours. We require 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment or reschedule without sufficient notice.
