We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
Location
Our office is located on the eighth floor of the Rotary International building in downtown Evanston. We are conveniently located close to lots of parking and just a block away from the 'L'. We are walking distance from the Davis Street and Dempster Street Purple Line stops. There is street parking in front of the building, as well as several parking garages located within a block of us.

To schedule an appointment, please call or email our office. You can also request an appointment from this webpage by clicking on the "make an appointment" button above. Excellent communication with our patients is a trademark of our service, so please feel free to leave a message for us if you reach us after hours. You can be confident that we will return your call as soon as possible.
For your convenience, we can communicate in Polish, Bulgarian, Arabic & Russian.
Cancellations
We realize that your time is important, and so is ours. We require 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
