
Dr. James B. Stephens, grew up in the Evanston area and then attended New Trier High School. Dr. Jim, as his patients and staff call him; attended the University of Utah for his undergraduate education and graduated from the prestigious Northwestern University Dental School in 1985.
Dr. Jim truly values education and attends more than double the required amount of continuing education (CE) hours needed to maintain his dental license. As a full service dental clinician, Dr. Jim enjoys the variety of dental treatments available to patients. Working with patients to make excellent healthcare choices, Dr. Jim tailors dental treatment to fit the ideal for both the patient and long term overall health.
Dr. Jim encourages and promotes prevention as the best dental care choice. Always forward thinking, patients can count on Dr. Jim to assist them in making solid choices for their dental care needs for not only today; but also for the future.
Dr. Jim is an active member of the dental community. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Illinois Dental Society, the Chicago Dental Society and the Sanders Dental Research Group.
Dr. Robert Stephens, brother to Dr. James Stephens, also grew up in the North Shore area and attended New Trier High School. He attended the University of Colorado for his undergraduate education and also graduated from Northwestern University Dental School in 1990.
Dr. Bob, as he is called by both patients and staff, is a excellent dentist. Dr. Bob is very involved in patient care and stays at the fore-front of dental technology by his active role in the many study groups of which he is a member.
Dr. Robert Stephens is active in the dental community. He is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, The Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education, the American Dental Association, the Illinois Dental Society, the Chicago Dental Society and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Robert is also a Premier Authorized Invisalign Doctor.
